Research Assistants that reveal their passion and potential during initial one-two-year research will get into the 4-year Ph.D program at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, or at Hong Kong University Medical School, as agreed by the collaboration policy between Shenzhen Bay Laboratory and the two Universities.
